3 Microdisplay convergence station

The MicroAlign is used for the alignment and mounting of microdisplays. A typical light engine car- ries 3 microdisplays which have to be mounted precisely in order to achieve maximum perform- ance of the projector. The MicroAlign uses the MA-100 six axis robot which was developed by M-Tech solely for that purpose. The alignment precision of the microdisplay is only one part of the job. The microdisplay has to be mounted and the precision has to be kept over the lifetime of the projector. M-Tech uses its proprietary „active curing process“ for the precise mounting of the microdisplay.
